The Ministry of Graphic Design is right for you if …

You are a small to medium sized church, who have a number of ministry groups: youth, men’s and women’s ministries, choir and activities: camps, conferences, livestreams, but not enough hands or time to handle the design work needed.  You need designs fast but of the highest quality.

You are a large church, who have many internal groups and programs and need to augment their existing design team to meet potentially tight deadlines.

You are a parachurch ministry (mission agency, college campus ministry, disaster relief organization, counseling work or Christian education organization) whose existing staff needs ongoing hand in delivering all of the needed design work.

Once you have subscribed to one of our packages and we have an introductory call with you, you will gain access to our project management platform, powered by Monday.com. You can easily submit your requests via our client request form.

Each time you submit a project request, we ask you to do two basic things:

• Tell us what your design need is with as much detail as possible like: dimensions and need-by date.
• Provide any assets, images, and copy needed to complete the project.

After you have subscribed and have had your introductory call, you will receive a link to our design project request form, where you can submit your requests. After your request has been received one of our project managers will review your request. The project manager will make sure the request is clear and that all needed assets have been provided by you and will assign a designer to fulfill your request. The project manager will also notify you of the anticipated delivery date.

All of our unlimited graphics packages include:

• All tiers receive all graphic output files such as:  .png, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, etc.
• Tiers 2 and 3 also receive all source files such as:  .psd (Photoshop), .ai (Adobe Illustrator), etc.

Our design teams can deliver the graphic you have requested in as little as 1 day! How fast our team to turn around your request depends on two main factors:

• What type of design you are requesting. Some graphics take longer than others, for instance, a social media graphic can typically be turned around much faster than a new logo design.
• How soon you provide the necessary assets or content related to your graphic request. The faster you provide finalized approved assets (images, logos, etc.) or textual content (names, titles, descriptions, long-form content, etc.), the faster our team will be able to begin the design process.

You can make as many graphic designs requests as you’d like – no limits! The tier you’ve selected determines how many projects our team will work on at the same time. For instance, if you are on tier 1, then we will work on one design request at a time. Tier 2 can have up to two requests being designed at once and Tier 3 can have 3 or more (depending on the client’s specific need), at once.

So if you are on Tier 1, we will put all of your requests into a cue and will prioritize them based on your preference or based on the requested due dates for each. Our design team will continue to work through your request cue one at a time.

If your design needs grow, you can move up to one of the higher tiers, where we can add more designers to handle the number of simultaneous projects you may have!
